Operations Director
Sarah is a qualified Financial Adviser and has grown the Paraplanning team steadily to ensure there are specialists in all areas of Wealth Management. Consistently delivering a high standard of work & encouraging individual development within the team has proven to be a successful combination.
Reputation is a key driver and this allows her to go the extra mile to ensure Advisers spend their time where they are most profitable; in front of clients. Sarah specialises in Investment and Pensions.
Gary
Paraplanner
Gary joined in 2014 as a Paraplanner. He is resourceful & proactive he combines effective communication skills with attention to detail on all reports.
Gary specialises in Retirement planning, both accumulation and decumulation.
Lauren
Paraplanner
Lauren joined Temple Paraplanning in 2016 from her previous role at an accountancy firm. Her aptitude for problem-solving & dedication to research means that she has adapted well to her new role.
Lauren specialises in retirement planning and is studying on the CII programme for her diploma.
James
Paraplanner
James joined Temple in 2014 as a Paraplanner. He combines effective communication skills with attention to detail in all his case research while ensuring each report is delivered in a timely manner.
James specialises in mortgages and protection, and has obtained a level 3 certificate in mortgage advice.
João
Paraplanner
João joined the Paraplanning team as an apprentice as he was drawn to the fast-paced Finance Industry and the apprenticeship scheme provides the educational support required to start his career. He has since passed his apprenticeship and is now a paraplanner specialising in mortgages and protection.
His football skills transfer across, showcasing him as a team player as he supports the other Paraplanners in their daily tasks. In return, this team approach utilises the skills of the individual Paraplanners to support João in his studies.
Rebecca
Paraplanner
Rebecca has over 14 years in the Financial Services Industry, with 3 years as a Paraplanner at Temple. She is proficient at handling a variety of cases & has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in her core specialities.
Rebecca specialises in Investments and Retirement Planning.
Sam
Branch Administrator
Sam joined Temple in 2022 as the Fareham branch administrator. She enjoys the role of administrator which utilises her organisational skills as she works within the supportive team, collaborating with others.
Tracey
Finance Manager
Tracey has over 20 years administration experience with nearly half of those in the Financial Sector.
As a qualified Financial Administrator she provides a high level of support and knowledge to the Paraplanners, while enhancing the workflow for all the advisers.
Patrick
Sales Support
Patrick has worked with Temple Paraplanning for over 5 years as Sales Support. He reviews the progress of individual cases liaising with Providers and Independent Financial Advisers.
Patrick specialises in auditing the fees and commissions and closing projects on completion.
